Every piece begins with leather selection. The hides are inspected by hand, graded and matched for grain consistency, then polished by hand before stitching begins. Our artisans train for over a decade before they cut their first hide. Assembly is entirely by hand: marine-grade polyester thread, hand-burnished edges, solid brass hardware fitted and tested under load. The final inspection is piece by piece, never batch.
