How it works.
Six steps from first enquiry to delivered stock. Most orders ship within four weeks.

Sample
7–10 business daysWe produce a sample to your specification. Evaluate the leather, stitching, hardware and finish first-hand. The sample fee is credited against your first production order.

Confirm terms
Once you approve the sample, we issue a pro-forma invoice. Payment splits and Incoterms are agreed at this stage. Standard terms are 50% advance, balance before shipment, FOB Colombo.

Production
3–4 weeksYour order is placed with the workshop that specialises in your category. Every piece is cut, stitched and assembled by hand. Each one is inspected at the bench before packing. Nothing ships without it.

Packing
We pack into retail-ready boxes and export cartons, and apply your private-label branding. Custom packaging is available from the private-label minimum. The export documentation is prepared at the same time.
06
Shipment
We arrange freight and hand over the full export documentation. Repeat orders skip straight to confirming terms, and we only re-sample if you change the specification.
